DLSS 2.x and Ray tracing will be supported by GTA 6 for a while, as is well known. You will want a GPU that performs at the very top of the GPU benchmarks, therefore you may require at least a GeForce RTX GPU. Although Windows 7 is supported because DX12 has been ported to it, GTA 6 requires DirectX12.
If you have the money and a little luck, you can purchase any modern GPU. In addition to GeForce RTX 3090, dream land requires GeForce RTX 3080 or GeForce RTX 3070.
